Factors Affecting Users’ Behavioural Intention Towards Touch ‘N Go E-Wallet in Malaysia

As the outbreak of COVID-19 progresses to endemic stage, Malaysians are getting used norm going cashless purchase goods and services, whether through online platforms or physical stores reduce contact with others. Hence, Touch ‘n Go has garnered a significant number users since pandemic. While it is convenient for make payments; concurrently, may pose risk many factors that influence users’ loyalty continue using transactions. This paper aims study behavioural intention E-wallet, given different payment options which transaction payment. We investigate perceived usefulness, ease-of-use, trust, security, social will affect application. Responses collected from 150 E-wallet an survey, whereby data be analysed SPSS. Implications recommendations enhance loyalty, as well increase acceptance digital transformation, were presented. Keywords: Behavioural intention, Digital wallet, Perceived Social influence, Go.
